Took Tire To Fixed, Got A Broken Door Handle, Beware! Ripoff

I took my wife's car to have the flat tire fixed, which we had road hazzard purchased at the time that we bought the tires. They told me it would take a couple of hours so I left the car with them. Subsequently my wife called to have the all the tire balanced and rotated.

Upon returning that afternoon I went inside to pick up the keys and paperwork. I initially did not notice a comment on the paperwork and the attendant neglected to tell me. It stated "DRIVER SIDE DOOR HANDLE BROKEN ON ARRIVAL" The driver that I had brought along to bring the car back, when he got in, he noticed the handle broken, and he quickly got my attention. I grabbed the broken handle and proceeded to go in the store and before I got into the building someone apparently was watching us and immediately got Neal the manager/owner. He informed me that the handle was broken upon arrival and he was not responsible, further stating that he took the car himself into the bay, that it was cracked to begin with. When I called him later to voice my anger that this was an intentional act of vandalism, he stated that he has known my wife for 20 years, and that the car was over 20 years old! And why would he do that.

I had to fix the handle on this car which by the age of the car it is almost impossible to find parts for. I took the broken handle to some very knowledge people in the business and they have told me that the handle to the door was intentionally broken. I have had other problems with this company before. One instance Neal has told me after I wanted to balance the tires "That they do not need to be balanced except when you first put them on"
I seriously think since they were not making money off of me, that they did this to cost me money and teach me a lesson, and furthermore as to balancing the wheels, the car has Mag Wheels and they put the weights on the outside of the tires and now the look awful! I think the broken handle is an act of Terrorism and they did this intentionally. I would like to say to any consumers in this area that is contemplating using them to go somewhere else and save yourself all the grief! They are nothing but crooks, lowlife, scumbags, degenerate fools!
