Ripoff

This company has taken 2 direct withdrawls from my checking acct. When i noticed it, I immediately called the company. The first time I called I spoke with Emily who was rude, and non compliant to my request and stated that I had signed up with this company (I have roadside asst. From my insurance co. And also with my new vehicle) I explained this to her and she stated that they had the contract. Roadside Plus my work address on the contract. Emily asked me to give her the last four digits of my Social Security number and I told her that she had it, why would she need it again. (I did not give it) I asked her to fax the contract, and she said they did not do that, but will mail one to me.

I called a 2nd time and spoke with "Tina", she was worst than Emily. She put me on hold for 10 minutes, until I just gave up. I did get a cancellation # from Emily, but I want my $ back. Someone needs to visit this company and penalize them.

I went to the bank immediately and the bank informed me that I would have to pay $32 for each stop payment. I am being penalized by both the fraudalent company and also the bank. I spoke with Woodforest National Bank's supervisor and he told me that they would charge me the $32 for each stop payment (even though the money has been taken out already) and on the Federal Regulation E Form, it also states that the bank will charge me a stop payment fee. How the heck am I suppose to trust the bank again.

Why can't I just get my $ back the bank deals with it. Why am I being penalized by both agencies? This makes no sense to me.
