Roadside Plus
Stole $21.95 from my bank account

I looked at my bank account this morning and noticed that there was a charge on it that came through this morning for $21.95, I didn't recognize it and wasn't expecting this. I right away called the bank and asked about it and they said all they had was a name and phone # of the company that took the money. I called it and it turned out to be a company called roadside plus, the woman that answered the phone (not identifying the comapany I called) was extremely rude and would not tell me anything about her company and hung up on me. I called back and acted like I wass just interested in her services and all they would tell me was to go to there website. The website gave me no information so i started to investigate myself on line about this company. We are not alone in this I found hundreds of reports identical to this. I am closing all of my accounts and will never do business again on the internet. I traced it all back to a payday loan company called Instant cash loan till payaday, they sell the information to roadside plus then roadside plus will send a bulk e-mail to your e-mail account, if you don't reply it automatically starts a 7 day tial membership which at the end they bill your checking account the $21.95. The company can't prove any authorization for this payment. PLEASE be careful what you do on the internet, if anyone is taking any legal action on this company please let me know. I am doing what I can from my end but really am confused as to where to turn!
