Ripoff, SCAM, NO REFUND, RUNAROUND, poor customer service, consumer RAPE

Continental Warranty is a SCAM! They took my money just to "review" the policy and pressured me into buying the policy when they first called me claiming if I called back it would be thousands of dollars more. (Yeah, right!) The sales rep lied about the coverege saying it was bumper to bumper and it barely covered anything.

I filed for a repair claim and they refused to pay for it even though it legitimately was a valid claim. When I tried to get my prorated refund, I got the runaround with their customer service and it took forever to get my money back.

Terrible customer service, horrible coverage, this company doesn't pay claims and they are reluctant to refund money to their cutomers.
