Ripoff, bad dealers, con artists

Me and my fiancee have bad credit. We went to terre haute store and were rushed into a deal. Thought payment was going to be 75 dollars a month and found out was actually per week. Was not told selling price of vehichle. Said vehichle had several miles on it. Had to carry full coverage insurance on it. Vehicle was wrecked and insurance agent said was totalled. Vehicle was only worth 2400 dollars and was sold to us for over 10000 dollars.insurance paid cnac 2400 dollars and they are trying to collect over 6600 dollars from me still.

I am going to contact lawyer and Indiana Attorney General. I would like to hear from anyone who has a class action suit against Jd Byrider corporate offices and cnac financing. These people need to be stopped and we together can do it.
