Scammed then forced to buy or lose deposit!

First I would like to start by screaming, How can the Tulsa area consumers stand to listen to all the fraudulent advertising!!! Sure they add disclaimers that you can't understand, does that make it right!

Ok, that said, I wasted my time driving 50 miles on the promise that they could get me out of a 3 year lease for a one time fee of $18.00 with no early release fees. Well they must have some special deal worked out with the lease companies right!

WRONG!!! Before I knew what hit me, I had to decide to buy this car, that was about to be sold to someone else if I didn't buy it now! Ok, I'll sign the papers, whats the book value on the car I asked? $16,000 & change I'm told, but we'll sell it for $11,500, your loan will be for $15,500 & we'll give you the $4,500 back to turn in your lease.

To make a very long story short, I ended up paying all the penatly to turn in my lease car. And as it turns out the car is only worth $12,000.

There were many problems that I pointed out when I looked at the car which they promised to fix. Again it took 5,50 mile trips, alot of high blood pressure, and 5 weeks to finally get things fixed right. I also found out over time that many of the questions I asked, does the car have anti-lock brakes, does it get better gas mileage than my other car, etc, I was giv'in the standard YES, YES, YES answer and they really didn't have any idea. Now I know in most cases the answer should have been NO.

When I found out the retail was $4,000 less than I was told in the beginning, I tried to stop the deal and get back my deposit of $1,000. At that point I was told to take the car or lose my deposit. So I was forced to take it.

Legally, I don't think I could do anything but I hope that people will read this and not make the same mistake I made.

REMEMBER! No dealer is going to get you out of a lease!
And this place doesn't know one car from another or the features on them, promises? What promises? Just make the deal.
