Scam. Billing me $233.50 for a Alamo car Rental Ins. Ripoff

I got a bill from American Collection agency for $233.50. Said I owe them for Alamo car Rental Ins. I never rented a car from Alamo and don't know what they are talking about. I called the 619-946-5600 number and left 3 messages. They don't pick up you get a voice mail. Never called me back. Also called a toll free number 1-888-883-2580 also left 4 messages. Same as the other number. No call back. I would like removed from my name. Thank you, Florence Tidwell
