Regent Dodge sold me a vehicle which had been wrecked. They did not disclose this at the time of the sale. I went to an independent automobile repair facility that confirmed the vehicle had been previously involved in a wreck.
When asked, the dealer denied any knowledge.

Complaints to the Nashville BBB and the Tennessee Department of Consumer Affairs failed to produce an admission of guilt from the dealership.

The Manager of the facility, Terri Anderson, denied any knowledge and would not do anything to rectify the situation even though the vehicle's value was substantially reduced.

In speaking with other dealerships, they all state that all used vehicles purchased by dealerships are inspected prior to the purchase and they are well aware of the condition of the vehicles and wrecked vehicles are purchased at a discounted rate. Thus, it is rather obvious that Regent Dodge purposely, and with aforethought sold this vehicle with the full knowledge of its condition
