Warranty Work Denied on Vehicle

So my 05 Srt-4 Vehicle dies on 9/11/07. So I call to get warranty information, because I am not the original purchaser of the vehicle. I was told the warranty went out at 36 K miles, I currently have 38 K miles on it, and was told they would not honor anything over 36 K Miles. This is a new vehicle and it should NOT be doing this! I will never buy a Dodge Vehicle again, I have always had a problem on every one of them. Next time I will buy a Toyota Product. When I told them that they said, "have a wonderful time with Toyota they are crap!" Wow, I couldnt believe they would have the nerve to say that about such a powerful automotive company. Please stay away from Dodge vehicles, they will break on you at some point!
