Is a consumer rip-off fraud

I went to get a car financed from senei motors. I gave them everything they asked for, signed all the papers, gave them the money down, and they even asked for more money.

I had no problem giving it to them then they called me to come in signed another paper that say say i forgot to sign and I got there they blocked the car with other cars so i couldnt leave with the car.

I asked to give me all my money back they refused so now I have no car or the money i gave them please respond or what can i do about this. Thank you
