Put old spark plugs in my car

Mike put old spark plugs in my car and I asked for a refund. HE told me to get an invoice from a Pontiac Dealership saying so.

I did as he asked, he still denied to refund my money. He had me missing several classes out of school for 2 weeks, important events, and I basically had no transportion to get me back and forth to places I need to go.

He continued to tell me to come back and he will fix the problem while my car continued to shut off while driving and when I came to complete stops.

My boyfriend went up there on the 22nd of March to have him refund my money after paying over $450.00 to fix the problems he caused.

Mike verbally abused him and continued to deny what he had done to my car. They got into a heated argument and begin to fight.

Mike and his employees cursed me and my boyfriend out in front of his customers and called the police. Tallahassee Police arrested him now he's on a $500.00 bond.
