Not fair at all

The reason I am writing is because I feel that I was scammed by Mike's Garage 1881 W Pensacola St. After this horrible experience I Googled Mike's Garage online and it seems that this is a common practice to deceive customer to take your money and not fix your car.." He told me that there was nothing that he could do about it. I told him that have paid you but the problem is still not fixed. He said There is nothing that I can do.
