CHELSEA, MIKE SPURGEON, KEN BROWN Placed a $500 deposit on a car and changed my mind about buying the car the very next day. So they would not refund my money back

I call on the phone after seeing a car i wanted to buy on cars.com from this dealership and i placed a $500 deposit for the car and the very next day i called and wanted my deposit refunded and they told me NO the lady i spoke to her name is CHELSEA so i asked her under what reason should i allow you to keep my hard earn money she said we will not refund your money because i believe you found anther car so that is why you want a refund. I said what ever my reason is that is my business lady and now i want to talk to the big guy in charge she said his name is Mike Spurgeon or KENNY BROWN he will not let you have your deposit back ether so i call the police because i live 7hrs away and the police went there to talk to the MIKE guy and he told the police to have me to call him again so i did and they said they want to only give me $200 of the money back i said no i want all my money you have no right to keep my money!
