This all started when I had to get my car radio replaced. FIrst off, the guy never called me to tell me that the radio was in. Fine they reordered it.

So I brought my car in to have the radio replaced. When I picked up the car it looked like some took a screw driver and wedged out the face of the dash.!! I was so mad!

I could not believe that they would let the car out of the shop looking that way. So I called them up and said "Well the whole upper dash needs to be replaced beacause one of your guys dented it, not in one spot in about 5 or six spots".

The gentleman said to bring the car in to see the work and to appove the dash to be replaced. Fine they replaced the dash. Now is the problem! I get the car back after they replaced my dash and now there are slice marks on my steering coloum. Looks like someone took a razor blade to it.

So I called up the head service manager and told him he said to bring the car in. Now they want me to drive 40 minutes to the dealer just for them to see it! I don't think so. So i talked to this man again. Explained to him that I am not going to drive 40 min just for him to look at the steering coloum.

I saind that is a waste of time and that s almost a hour and half wasted. I told him where the damage was done and he really didnt care. He said thatb they had to see it. Come on guys do you really need to see it when there is only two peices to the steering coloum. The guy told me "do you want to pay for it them if it the wrong part"I told him "I 'm not paying for your guys mistakes.

I also said you must have a celica there get the number from that car. His reply was we dont have one here. YA RIGHT BUDDY!!! Let me tell you this guy wasted my time and got me very upset.

I then called the general manager. He was like talking to a wall. He said he didnt know what to tell me. Thats nice thats the kinda of buisness i want o deal with. So dont go there these people dont care about the money you spent for your car they just want to ruin it!!!
