Car Credit America Greenwich Financal Car Credit America totally Not doing what they Promised. Ripoff

I bought a car from Car Credit America after being told about it from a Friend of mine, Last summer. They had me test drive several car, all but the one i wanted, A 1995 Honda Civic (stating that it had problems). (i guess it kinda worked out in my favor) My car wouldnt start so they let me drive the Saturn (that I ended up buying) home to get my Dad.

I came back later after deciding that since the car made it from Aurora to Gilberts and back (about a 2 hour drive all together) It would work good for me. The dealer stated that since the radio didnt work that the car would cost less and since they didnt have the remote start and door lock that it would be deducted off the total price. It wasnt.

I am scheduled to make payments every other monday in the Aurora office (no big deal) of 146 (rounded up to the nearest dollar) I made the mistake of making 150 to 160 on my payments every other Saturday. Well I get paid on mondays offically i normally have my check by sat. The first time i had to wait till monday some-one called on Sat and ask if i would be making my payment ontime. My response was Yea ontime on Monday. Then I went in and needed to only make the 146, The man at the desk said ok that will be 150 today and Im like no im only making my agreed on payment amount today i cant afford more this month.

The next payment due date they called are you coming in? Since then every payment day Are you coming in (always calling in the morning b4 9 am). They have threatened me with reposession, for no reason. And ontop of everthing the car has a leaky Head gasket! I have to constantly check the oil and water. Also the Sunroof leaks. My dad can fix both, but still they shouldnt have sold a car like that. I got a 1999 Saturn SC2 for 8K with 118000 miles on it! The car is only worth about 2 or 3 k.
I have been trying to refinance the car; however, because of its actuall worth and how much i still owe on it, i cant get one. I would never recomend this dealership and finacing company to anyone! I wish that I could find out if there is any type of lawsuit against this company for harassment.
