Ripoff dishonest bullies uncompassionate rude deceptive wfs

I got really ill in 2003 and starting falling behind on my car payments, I had several serious illnesses and just could not keep up. I even returned to work several times against doctors orders as to catch up on the car payments, due to the constant harrasment.

Now that I am fighting for my disabilty and totally out of work I ran about two month behind and my family explained to WFS, a Mr. Flowers at that time that I was going thru a terrible depression and was in and out of the hospital. My family made a few payments for me as not to let them take my car.

On Monday March 13 I got a call in the evening fro a Jennifer from WFS fINANCIAL. Was so rude and just plain old mean. She belittled me for not having a job. I found myself trying to defend myself for being ill. She refused to take a phone check from me, the monies were in the bank. My son had given me the money to mail the next morning.

She demanded I send it out immediately, it was night out side dark and I explained I would have to get someone to take it to Western Union or Money Gram. Jennifer proceeded to chastize me to the point that we were both yelling. I finally told her I was ill and that I would pay it the next and hung up.

An hour later a repo man was at my door with a metal bat, none the less. I was aready asleep due to my lunesta, we called the phoenix police department and he ran off.
