They do not properly credit account

I have been having problems with toyota for almost 2 yrs now, i got my loan back in 2002 i have made my payments by western union since getting out of the hospital.in 2005.

Western union has confirmed receipt of the payments yet toyota does not credit me properly i have repeatedly faxed, sent copies of payments western union receipts, then toyota said that they need a letter from western union, i sent them yet they say its not enough.

Recently i received my statement and a letter that said i only owed one month, and my payment was due on 6/27/07, i sent out a money order payment the usps said it was received on 6/26/07 at 6:42 am, i called the automated system to verify receipt of payment and i was switched to the operator and was told my account was 50 days past due. They told me i needed to call back on monday.

On monday 7/2/07 i was informed i needed to pay 2 months, asap or i was going to lose my car, i was about to be put on the repo list. I western union it to them and i faxed over the receipts i called back and gave them the mtcn and i was told i was taken off the repo list. Mind you i kept calling them to make sure they got the funds. Mind you i was told they had to do some financial exchange form, nothing needed to be done on my side it was there side and they told me to call back next week. I finally got the automated system to verify that my money was there and all mind you it said i owe for june 27th.

Low and behold i sent 2 western unions and a money order that was received on 6/26/07. This morning i got a call from them.

This is utterly unacceptable. Every time i turn around they question a different mtcn they are disputing, mind you western union is sick of them and what they keep requesting from me.

Never again will i finance a car from them
