Ripoff - Unethical "Legal" Practices deceptive company

I am a female consumer, who was ripped-off by this dealership when they:
1.) Sold me a 3 year old Avalon car for $20,000 ($8,000 to get out of a lease on the prior car); that had never been 'serviced.' This cost me an additional $900 when I went for my first required (3,000 miles) oil change! The most expensive oil-change in the history of the world!

2.) Told me that it was legal to sell a car without informing the consumer of such conditions that would have affected the consumer's choices of whether or not to purchase the vehicle.

3.) Sold me an extended warranty contract that didn't cover this massive cost.

4.) Did not provide the license plates till after 8 months, and many calls and complaints on my part before they sent me a "lost plates" form to send back to them, that they finally sent to the state to enable me to receive my plates.

5.) Called me in to the office 3 times after the original sale to have me re-sign another contract that at each visit upped the interest rate to such a level that I had my credit union pay off the car, so as not get further ripped-off!

6.) Had a man from their finance dept. Call me within the month to ask me to send in over $100. Because they had "undercharged" me! I refused, and he never called back to challenge me.

This happened last August, four months after I lost my husband in a horriffic truck accident (April 6), in which I was severely injured. I was wearing a large brace apparatus on my right hand and arm, following 2 reconstructive surgeries for my injuries, and was on pain medication; hurting and extremely vulnerable. These men took advantage of me, and I am furious!!! The consumer is told to take their used-but-possible-new-purchase-vehicle to a car dealership to have inspected; who do you take it to if you can't trust the dealer???
Today -even though I have one more surgery to undergo-I am strong enough to fight back!
