Drive Time Auto ripoff

I am 22 year old male, and I purchased my first car from Drive Time on Dale Mabry in Tampa Florida. They sold me a 2004 Dodge Neon. The sales people told me that my car was great on gas it only holds 9 gallons (horrible on gas) I can only get about 150 miles to a full tank. My car shortly started shaking while I drove, and it makes noises while running. Drive Time has not been helpful in anyway. They took advantage of me by selling me a car with 70,000 miles on it for a monthly price $350 a month. My mother decided to take over the car payments, and Drive Time people told her that was not possible and they will not lower the rate for her she will have to the same amount. This car doesn't work very well and yet they continue to tell me there is nothing wrong the car. Drive Time lied to me about their product. The payments are lowered for a 2004 Dodge Neon with 70,000 miles. I have never owned a car before and I was a first time buyer, and Drive Time took advantage the situation.
