Here we go again with bad purchase on vehicles'!

Please be aware that Drive Time and Drive Financial are the same owners. Just be aware that when you purchase a vehicle that it has not been in any accidents. We bought our car in 12 and after 1 year of having this 2001 Dodge Caravan Sport, it has been a nightmare! We bought this vehicle that supposed had on 28,000 miles. We had spent money to put a rebuilt transmission @ 75,000 miles and $1,500.00 dollars on A/C unit and still doesn't work properly!!! And now the front end is totally out!!! This is a totally unsafe vehicle for my family... We hired an appraisal to look @ our vehicle and found out that this vehicle had been in 2 prior accidents before we bought it!!! They never disclosed this to us and we even asked as well.
Well let me tell you something Drive Financial, We have filed a lawsuit against your company with the SUPERIOR COURT for undisclosed amount!!! Since you did not want to settle with us. You give us no choice but to sue you! See you all in court!!!
