Ripoff for sercice sales

I am a ex honda technican who had some dealings with this money hungry, scam artist who how owns Johnson City Honda. I have looked over many cars who has had work done from this dealership and people do NOT get what they are paying for.

I have seen the cars in person that have have supposed to have had all this work done to it, and it either not done or not done right. Examples, people pay for honda parts like air filters, cabin filters, antifreeze, belts, brake fliud, and many other things but get stuck with cheap after market parts from advance auto parts. I do know for a fact that this dealership uses only one type of oil also (unless it is a hybrid) and different hondas use different grades. They save money by using a bulk oil and only having one kind, and it is always the cheapiest on the market.

The commercials on TV say all local trade in cars, why do they have all the auction cars in back of dealership with the writing on windshield and the car my sister bought from them have all the auction information in glove box that they forgot to take out?

I have also noticed that all cars that come out of the dealership service department that have had major services, never have new wheel weights to show that the tires have been balanced. They also push for a fuel induction cleaner made by 3m products, i called honda myself and they told me that you should never put this in your car, bad on O2 sensor. They sell this like there is no tomorrow. Did you know that the service writers and technicans get a kick back (money) for up selling you stuff, and most of the time it is the service writer not the technican. It is funny because the guy telling you what you need did not even look at your car and is selling you stuff you dont need, seen it a lot.

This is by far the worse dealership I have ever seen, and will honestly say I will never tell anybody to go here!
