Pepboys (al in service)
Pepboys unauthorised work done and very very bad work done. Car is not drivable mistreated and ripped off rip off scam con artists

Two weeks ago I had my rear brakes done and an allignment. I was told at that time that I must replace my inner tie bars in the front wheels.

On 4/10 (approximately two weeks later) I brought my car in to the same store and said please call me when you (Al in Service) have the parts and a complete estimate. I also said to leave a message with my family and I will call you back to approve the work.

Al in servive said to my family that I needed front brakes also. So without my approval he decided to do more than I had requested. I then got home to fond out that the bill was well over $450.00 And the original estimate was between $180.00 and $250.00.

After getting very upset I decided to pay the bill and pick up my car. I drove off and there was no responce to the steering wheel when I turned the wheel. I tried to make it home but I could not because the steering was all messed up because of the very bad service. I will take this pepboys to court and I will get my money back for the bad workmanship and the unauthorised work done to my car.
