Auto Mart
Ripoff, gave me the run around, car needed repair, told me i signed the papers and to get my lawyer. No emmissions

On christmas eve i randomly went to the automart. It was raining and probaly not a good time to buy a car. Especially one that needs spark plug wires, wheel bearing, a new coolant jug thats not cracked forcing the carto run hot.

Which i was unaware of the problems til the next day, x-mas. On the 26 i took the car back wanting somthing else, i was told that they would fix the problems, but i signed the papers and the friendly guys from two days ago werent around any more.

Well when i brought it back i just happened to be to late and it wasnt going to be today. Two days later i call and unfourntly the mechanic is sick. I drove by and he must of felt better now that he was standing in the cold and smoking.

I decided it be best not to let them touch my car. Well i went to get my tag and to my suprise couldnt. The auto mart didnt do emmissions and mentioned nothing to me.

I called and was told to et it done and id b re payed, or if it failed they would fix it like they... Oh they didnt fix it then nor would they now. I said that it was supposed to be done before it was sold. I didn't make my payment and they told me they tried to reach me and get the car fixed all month.

AGAIN! I say thats no longer the issue, the emmissions werent done.By law they are required to have them done. I now speak with the manager who tries to con me in to bringing it up there to be fixed (and not give back. I said i can do it if need be. But i want out of the car. And he tells me to bring my lawyer, i signed the papers.
