Seacoast Shady cars, Shady People... Should call themselves EZ way OUT Auto

Seems all the folks at EZ Auto have the same agenda. To rob you and run. Their motto is "buyers are liars", so I guess that means SELLERS are not truth tellers! They tried to sell my son a 1996 ford escort, made out the paper work, everything signed. But then when they realized he had no insurance policy of his own, that he was listed under our policy, they made me pay more for their mistake of not knowing what the law was. I should have walked away then. They assured me they were responsible for the proper NH inspection sticker. Well, after it "failed" emmissions, they told me to "drive it" for awile until it cycled. We drove it, and after NO return phone call from any reps from EZ auto, we brought it to our own mechanic to get an inspection. He failed it due to Emmissions and ball joints and wheel bearings. When I brought this to the attention of EZ auto, they told me they are not responsible for any repairs because it was past the "30 day" failed inspection sticker date. WHAT?

I made a call to the NH DMV, they armed me with the knowledge that once they put a temporary tag on the vehicle they are liable for the car being safe, in other words, the car MUST be inspected before the tags go on, before the consumer drives off with the car. Anyone else with these or many other issues involving the sale of LEMONS at EZ Auto, I encourage you to write a formal letter of complaint to the NH DMV with all evidence, and identifying information about cars and people, and with enough complaints, they will pull their licenses to do business. Shut em DOWN. They should call themselves EZ way OUT Auto.
