Ok, look. My car payment is due on the 7th of every month. If the 7th doesnt fall on the end of the week, I wait till im paid and then call and make a payment. They will ring my phone off the HOOK 4 sometimes 9 times a day.

If I answer they demand payment, demand that I post date a check, demand I borrow money knowing I get paid on friday of every week. I recently lost my job because it moved to mexico and I fell behind almost 90 days, but as soon as I got the money I phoned in and paid it ALL, and received a call 15 minutes after I called. The woman told me they wouldnt accept this payment unless I paid all the late fees, which I did, and she called me a liar.

The total amount was 1266.93 which 266.93 was the late fees and it magically disappeared. To this day, I still havent gotten it back or told where it is. It's rude of them to leave harassing messages on my phone and then call me a liar when I told them my job went to mexico and the plant I worked at shut down. I also recently had a baby in december and called them to tell them my payment would be late because I was going in to have the baby and I was called a liar again.

I have half the mind to just let the car go back to them and file bankrupcy, they have destroyed my credit, there will be no way to make it up and they didn't even report to the credit company that I am current on payments, they still have me behind and it says I've been behind for 6 months which is another lie.
