I recently got a payday loan from Sandpoint Capital. I missed my 1st payment due to i called after their office hours but it doesnt ever state their office hours in the answering machine recording. My next payment is coming up this friday an i would like to make a payment that day. When i call to make a payment im forward to a mailbox. I left a breif message and my phone number.

The only reason why im in panic right now is because i receive a call from a law officer named "Mike Johnson" saying if i do not make a payment of $400 today i will be arrested. What i worked out over the phone was a $60.00 payment every friday as i got paid. So why is there a "so called" case or law suit against me, if it is forreal when the person on the phone clearly told me my payment can be $60.00 every friday?

This is NOT funny nor is it right for people to call and lie to you and demand money! Also my complaint is the Law Officer on the phone asked me to surrender. I said "for what, why" he said " ma'am you have to pay $900 (when i only asked for $200 but i recieved $400) for late fees and other costly transactions, if you do not do this today then we will arrest you, (then said) so do you want to surrender". I said "No, for what i didnt even loan $900 and i dont understand how i have $500 in late fees an my 1st payment was last friday. Long story short, someone isnt right and its not me! I know what i owe and what my payoff and payment is. Why is this man calling me and harassing me! I know my rights, i want to know whats the problem with this so called law officer "mike johnson"
