No business licence, will not return phone calls or pay for damages they did RIPOFF

M & B Towing, owned by Michael S. Keith 757-404-4398 or 757-232-3750 operating out of 321 Center Ave.in Newport News, VA. This incident occurred while visiting friends at an apartment complex in Newport News at app. 11:30 PM on Thanksgiving 2005. I discovered them in the process of towing my car because I had parked along a curb (Not labeled as a no parking zone) because their were no spaces available at the complex. While they were trying to tow my car they damaged it and then charged me $50.00 (a "drop fee"). They said they would cover the damages to my car.

After I had gone to the dealer and gotten an estimate of the damages I sent them a certified letter with the estimate enclosed. 4 weeks later I got the letter back in the mail. I have tried numerous times to call and get this straightened out without any success. I have also found out that they are operating in the City of Newport News, VA. Without a business license. I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit against them and reporting them to the proper authorities.
