I lost my Job and could not make payments after a few months, and was late, The car was to be repoed, and then a law suit was files by someone in Another case (class action) and all dealing were to stop until case was settled. As of Tody i have no word fro the court or from drive time.

I have asked them by Phone, 2 emails and written letter to pick the car up. Even told them the Lic #, Vin #, Even attached a photo of car sitting in my drivway. This has gone on for 3 years now, and ijust left one more email to have them pick up the car. As the car has not been registered with the State for 2 years, and i am not going to Reg. It.

So HOW can i have the car towed away if they wontr pick up the car, since i do not have a title to the car.
