Ltd. This Company Failed to tell me the car they were selling me had been smashed up and damaged over $2000

I bought a 2002 pontiac grand am. Within a year I start to notice things like my headlights are set to high and I had a problem with my drivers window, so I went to the shop. At the shop the man told me someone had been in the door before. So I ran an accident search. Turns out my car has been in 2 accidents one for over $4000 and one for $1900.

Clearly I should have been informed of the damages, that is the law. I phoned the owner and he {after getting all my paperwork, his was unavalible to him? } agreed to fix this problem by finding me a replacement, a truck. Weeks go by and nothing no truck. I informed him that we needed to deal with this and soon, he gave me the old time takes speech, and I gave him the I'm calling a Lawyer. Since then no one answers the phone, and they wont answer my e-mails. I guess since they won't talk with me to resolve this matter, that I'm being ripped off.
