The ripoff Auto Delaer business that doesn't give a dam

I purchased a 99 ford explorer from JOhn KOol LIncoln Mercury located in portsmouth. The salesman was very nice and acommodating to both my husband and my needs. That is until we finally purchased the truck.

Two weeks after I had the truck, I went to Walmart. I finshed my purchasing put the bags in the trunk and proceeded to drive off. The truck would not start. So of course I tried again and It still did not start.

This was a cold and wet Sunday morning my husband had duty and my friends were at church, so I walked the three and a half miles home. Did I mention that I am 4 months pregnant. Monday morning my husband got a hold of the service station and they sent out a tow truck.

Too make a long story short I have two warranties on the truck and still ended up paying 190.00 for parts and labor on a truck that still had it's 30 day tags. I feel this was very unfair and the gentlemen that was so kind in selling the car was no help.
