Improper Selling Practices

On November 15, A Representive Mr. Ted R., call me and told me that he had a 2003 Ford F 150 just came in and he's asking $8,900 but when he prepared the paper work he added $395.00 more for his Boss: (so he claim) Now, I first paid $3,000 down on the Truck and he said the monthly payments would be $242.99, then I stated that I could not pay that amount a month.

So I offered another $1,000 to lower the payments, and he said that would work just fine, then Ted said it would bring the monthly payments down to $222,00. Now Mr. Ted never change the paper work, what he did, he took the $1,000 and kept $500.00 for himself, and the onther $500.00 he use to make-up the total payment of $242.99.in other words, he took $21.00 to complete the payment each month.

Now, Mr. Ted promised to put new tires on the Truck but only put used tires on the truck, He promised to remove the scratches from righside of the truck which never happen, plus, less than three months the truck stop completely because it needed a Tune-up. When I test-drove the truck the check-engine light came on and I told Mr. Ted and he claim the problem was fixed, he only replace one spark plugl He also mis-led me in to just paying for the tags when infact I had to pay the sales tax of $700.00, I was the buyer, not the Sales-man.

I respectfully request an immedate investigation into this matter because the Representive is still attempting to unlawfully take money from me.
