Camp America No honor for MVP contract at Gamel's

We were encouraged to buy a MVP contract by Dan Gamel staff for safety. As senior citizens it would be: (1) safer to have Dan Gamel staff wash our new RV, (2) more convenient to have a yearly detailing, and (3) better for the RV to have the MVP coating done to protect the finish.

After my husband nearly falling while washing the roof, I believed Dan Gamel staff when they said they would take good care of us and the RV. Even though it was costly, nearly $ we agreed to purchase the MVP contract.

The first year we had no problems. Appointments were fairly easy to get. But in 2008 it became much more difficult to get appointments. Then in November, we were told that there was a 3 month wait for a MVP coating appointment. And for the last few months all we get on the phone is a recording.

We feel like Dan Gamel is taking advantage of people by not honoring his contract himself or arranging a substitute program. He should either prorate a refund or use the $ to fund service at another company.
