Misrepresented used car as being 100% checked out car had steering problems on bumpy roads, broken seat mechanism, etc, the business that doesn't give a dam

Hi,
I bought this 94 BMW with a full inpspection report from the salesman with 100% O.K.'d car. Well I bought it late Sat. Afternoon after driving it on highway that afternoon. I immediately noticed the pass seat was broken.

Then when I went on more bumpy back road like mine going home the car would dart right then left and I had to manually correct this steering problem all the way down the back road.

I returned the car Monday first business day at 9:00 AM told them I did not want this car. They said they would fix whattever and I say no just refund my $.

Well owner says he wants his profit for the sale that is/was $1900.00 yes for 1 day that I had this car. I said that I would call BBB I did there is no return policy for dealers anymore and that the dealer did Not even have to take the car back.

I paid the $ and got a lawyer to write a letter asking that $ be returned for Misrepresenting the car. Still no reply looks like I will have to sue in civil court maybe just maybe 2 years from now I will get some of my money back.

O-ya I can use that $1900.00 towards another vehicle on his lot during the next 3 years. O-Boy like I wann deal with this S.O.B.
