Car Seat Repair / Ticket

Several things have occured with my vehicle on February. I purchased a 2008 accord i put down $11000.00 and financed $8000.00.. The vehicle had a slice in the drivers seat since it took 3 for me to actually bring the car back so that they can fix it. I dropped it off on Friday May 6 in which vehicle was suppose to be repair correctly. Saturday around 3pm I received a call from the dealer that the vehicle was ready at that point i stated to them that i was going to pick it up around 5 being that i had to take public transportation to get there it take about 1 hr and a half from Manhattan.

Once i get to the dealer the sales rep that i was working with comes to me and tell me that my vehicle was towed from were he parked it at that i would get it back on Monday. So at that point i had to get a rental in which that was taken care of but here comes Monday. I had a very hard morning and afternoon going back and forth with the dealer at that point Monday i contact the precint to find out about my vehicle they no one had no idea where my car was. At that point then I contacted the dealer they stated to me that the they seen someone getting into my vehicle and driving off. At that point they contacted the police and by the end of the day the vehicle was found parked in another parking.

So by the time i came after work it was like 7 pm Monday May 9 that was when they stated they found the vehicle so at one the vehicle there was 2 tickets one for expired registration in which the actual paperwork for the registration was not submitted from the dealer in April and another ticket for expired meter so at this point i was to upset to even look or speak about anything else with the dealer once i have left i looked at the seat to actual see if it was fixed and the seat looks horrible not only was it fixed horribly it is rough looks like it was glued together and heated and still I have been also calling them about the ticket still has not been paid and went up. I have paid enough for this vehicle and the seat was suppose to be fixed properly and was not this is something that needs to be fixed as well as the ticket needs to be paid. I have had a very bad experience with these problems and have still not been resolved correctly. I would llke a follow up with this. Thanks Mayra Casanova
