Ripoff! They sold me a lemon car with no refund. Crooks dishonest scam/Fraud

Valencia Auto sold me a 1994 Toyota Tercel/at/4-door/4-cylinder sedan/white/Vin: JT2EL43E8R0421417 with 191.400 on the odometer for $2500.00 out the door with a guarentee of 1000 miles on the engine and transmission on every car they sold. They told me that there's nothing wrong with the car and the car has a rebuild engine in it. And the car will last me a long time and it's good on gas.

Next day the car stalls / engine shuts off 5-7 times a day/problems with the car. I got rip-off. I've been lied to. I brought a lemon car with mechanical problems. Valencia Auto won't give me a refund. They told me to bring them more money for a better car.

I don't think so. They don't know what's wrong with the car. I gave them the car back. I got the registration and title in my hand. I don't want to deal with tickets parked on the street. They're gonna try to sell the car to someone else and call me to bring them the title.

This is dishonest to pass it to someone else and go thru the same problems I have. It's not right.
