Ripoff

Hello, I just bought a car on March 31 and the car broke down in five days. I have went back on April 1 to have them fix the car for me.

Now let me explain, the car is an unsafe car to drive. The problems are, the shifter is broken, seatbelts don't work, gas odometer is broken, the car has Cd player but the radio doesn't work, the transmission blew, and the under neath the engine the wires are all connected the wrong way and cut up. The car still has lemon warranty activated and the owner and the person who sold the car to me they are ignoring at the fact the this is an unsafe car to drive. I haven't been able to go to work so I'm losing out on money.

They refuse to refund me 1,500 hundred to me. I have had two mechanincs look at the car they both discovered the same mechanical problems. Not only that the car has a gas fume smell coming out of it, which is unsafe. I have had the car under 30 days and they refuse to me refund my money. I have been trying to get help from these people but they still just neglect me as there customer. The only thing I kept on getting from them is don't bother me.

They don't want nothing to do with this situation or even hard earned money. The person who sold the car always disappears. Every time I have been there he is never there. Please take legal actions against this dealership. The dealership is located on St. Goegres Ave.in Linden, N.J. The company name is Mark 1 Auto Group. One more thing I never had the title of the car in my hand. They have the car because it had to be towed to there dealership. The car died on me on a major highway.
