Ripoff and Employee's 2 Times a Repossession in the same day

Spot Delivery! That's what I have been told it's called when you go into a dealership and sign a contract, you haggle the price, payment, warrenty, ect, ect, You drive off in your new car or in case a ford F150 lifted with 35inch tires I loved my new truck.

Actually I loved my new truck for 2 week's until that one call came in to my work while I was at lunch, I returned the call immediatly hoping it was the wheel cap and the car fax report I had requested at the time I had purchased the truck or thought I had purchased

Well after trying to contact the F/I person whom left that one and only mesage, for 4 day's staight and no return calls I gave up.

I'll cut this short because I could go into every detail and it all comes down to the same thing

Since Kia never contact the finance company and told them I had my turned over my car to Kia, late payments had occured. I was told finally after contacting the F/I / person that they could not get me financed and that I needed to come in sign a new contract, which I said o.K. Until another week went by and no call again until I recieved a treatning call saying since I have not cooperated with them they will repossesse the truck which they did and then they called my other finance company and told them to repossesse my trade-in.

Now I have no Vehicle my other lein company wants over 1200.00 for towing fees and charges and late payments I did everything I needed to I kept in contact with Kia and City loan at all times for 2 weeks straight and all I recieved was the run around from Kia. Saying they never recieved my calls, funny if the recepionist s at Kia are not doing thier jobs by giving the employees and the G.M. Messages you would think they would have fired them by now. Well since that is not the case, they recieved every message I left and did what they wanted anyway's I believe they made money off my other lein company and my lien company is thinking they will make a couple of extra bucks too.

Help Me I have no transportation Thanks to the deceptive acts and fraudulent ways of trying to unwind a contract.
Mary of Costa Mesa, I know what you are goin through although I'm not sure which one of us is better off. Lets try and help each other. Maybe a Lawyer will help if there's more then one case involving fraud. Or maybe the owner David Wilson might realize his employee are defaming his name.
