Lemon Law not in effect?

I purchased a vehicle from a ford dealership, after taking delivery of that vehicle, 2 days later I had to take it back in because it was blowing bad smoke. They said they would fix it and call me when it is ready. I picked up the truck 2 days later and drovr it about three days when the same problem happened again. I then took it back to them and they said it must be something loose. At that, they said they would fix it for me. I left it again for 4 days this time. I picked it up when they called and drovr it again for about 2 weeks and guess what??? It happened again. I took it back to them and told them this is a bad truck and what could they do to insure it wasn't going to happen again? The sales manager came out to talk with me, and offered for me to pick out another vehicle and he would make it right. So I did I picked out the same truck that I traded in for slightly more than they gave me on trade. Stupid? Yes but I knew it was reliable. So we went back in his office to sign back the release of the LEMON and sign over my old truck to me. I'm happy well wait a minute maybe i'm not. Just recently I recieved my credit report and low and behold, guess waht I found? They FMC_OMAHA had filed a judgement on the balance of the original truck that I signed back over to the dealership. I had called FMC about this and they replied that it was out of their hands and that I needed to contact their attorney handling this case. So I called this attorney HOSTO_BUCHAN and they told me I needed to talk to FMC. So to make a longer story shorter nobody wants to take responsibility for this huge mistake and my credit has a huge blemish now.
