Big D Kia
RIPOFF Poor Customer Service

Cars & Transport

When shopping for a new car I went to the Big D Kia dealership. I informed the sales person that I was not purchasing that day but would be purchasing within the next 12 days. After test driving 2 vehicals I found the model that I liked and I told the sales person that I had found what I liked and would be back to purchase a vehical when my husband was back from Iraq in a few more days. He thanked me for "Wasting His Time."

When I called his sales manager he assured me that "Yes I had wasted his employees time and his and hung up." When I called to get the corporate office number I was put on terminal hold until they finally hung up on me. When I finally was able to get through to the President he interupted me to ask point blank "Are you going to buy a car from this dealership" I responded with "I don't know." and he said that "If I was not buying a car the day I came in then yes I was wasting everyone's time." I assured him that yes I was buying and that if he felt this was an acceptable way to treat potential customers then I was glad I found out before I signed a contract. I thanked him for his time and preceeded to find a dealer who did not mind selling on my terms.
