Ripoff

I am an ex employee of tires plus i am writing this because the company is a rip off not only to consumers but the employees. I have seen them sell services and parts that were not needed, especially to woman and older people that do not understand about there cars. I was told i was not being productive enough because i refused to recommend services to meet there so called quotes. People come in and say just fix whatever is needed, that is a big mistake because that gives them the green light to do services that are not needed.

An example of this is a lady came in and was going to vegas, so she wanted a vehicle inspection, so the service manager said we will never see her again so they sold her an oil change (although she had just gotten 400 miles earlier) a belt, transmission flush and other things. Her bill went from a 20$ inspection fee to 200 or more $. IT gets worse when things are slow, and the guys up front are not making there spiffs and such.
I also was promised a raise a month ago and have yet to see it. I have quit because of this. I would never go to tires plus or recommend anyone to go there.
