Charging in excess of bogus service and warranty contracts RIPOFF

I purchased a vehicle from a dealership on 03/15/05 which is now out of business.included in the cost of the vehicle was extended service contract and Gap Insurance which is compounded into my payment in excess of $3668.00 including interest.

When I had taken the vehicle in for service on 09/30/05 to have some repairs done on the vehicle which would have been covered by the extended service contract found out that the service contract was in denied status because funds were not forwarded to the company.

So I contacted the Gap insurance carrier as well and the same thing no valid contract because of no funds were forwarded to them and both companies had suggested for me to contact the finance company since they were compounded into the payment and have them contact each company to verify the status so the amount of the contract should be adjusted accordingly. I did just that and the finance company refused to do any such thing or furthermore contact the said companies to verify the information.

I believe the former dealership and finance company are in colusion to keep the funds among themselves and have consumers like myself and many other consumers keep paying for bogus/non-valid contracts.

This is a lot of money to be paying in excess ($3668.00) and for example: if you multiply that by 100 clients thats a lot of money that is being pocketed.

I do not have those type of funds to be giving to anyone and still have to pay out of pocket for the cost of repair for the vehicle.

I would like to request an advocate or someone to investigate this company and make consumers aware of understanding the contract and insuring that all warranties, insurances... Etc are valid or you can be paying for something that is completely useless.
