I got the muffler system replaced on my car by meineke car care center of winchester, mass. They claim that they guarantee the muffler (to replace it if it fails). I brought it back because the muffler rotted out after a short time. The owner (big tall guy with white hair). Told me it was too hot to get under the car to fix it. Every time i went back he was under an r.V. Cars, trucks etc. And they were always working on a number of vehicles constantly. I brought it back on several occasions. Once he was working on other cars and trucks but continued to tell me it was too hot to work on my car. I called the main meineke office that oversees the outlets. They just laughed and told me they would tell him to stand behind the products. I had to go to midas to get it fixed. Meineke car care centers are rip-offs, don't use them. They say they will stand behind the work they perform but they don't. This outlet in winchester, mass. Is the worst. Don't give them any business. I had to pay the $200.00 for the new muffler out of my own pocket.
