Rip off poor customer service dont be fooled by false promises

Oredered a part online through this company and was told it would be shipped in 3 buisness days. We called after a week and was toldit was shipped. 10 days later still no part. Called again and told again it was shipped. After 2 weeks i called and was told it wasnt shipped due to the part not being in stock. I asked to cancel the order and have my koney refunded to my credit card and was told it would take 7-10 business days. Appalling since i have had transactions cancelled before and it only takes 1 day to have a payment credited to a credit card. When I asked to apeak to a manager they refused to put one on. Poor customer service and professionalism. We will see if I actually get my money back.
