Ripoff auto mobsters

I think the auto dealers are involved in this scam also. We fell behind on our auto loan and thought that they would help. We caught up and they attached fees on and then started calling everyday and at my job.

My employer finally told them not to call and they ingnored and continued to call. I finally refused to accept the calls. The car broke down and I paid three thousand to fix it and they could not wait five days for the next payment. At that point they were threatening to come and get the car.

I got so angry I told them the keys were under the mat and the car was in the front and to come and get it. We were less than six months from paying the car off. Now they are sending us letters telling us that they sold the car at auction and that we owe the difference and they will make a deal with us to pay half of what we owe.

They have started the phone calls again. I answered the phone once and told them that when we were trying to work with them they did not want to work with us and now they are harressing us. So my next step is to file a complaint with the FTC and the attorney general of my state.

I am also going to find a lawyer to file a class action suit against them as they break laws and think that people don't know their rights. They should be put out of business for their practices.

This company tried to ruin my health but now that I am from under them I am mad and I am not going to sit still and take this kind of treatment. If I had read this sight before I would have never signed with these people. They are a cancer eating at the heart of working class people (but so is our so called president).
