Wells Fargo Acceptance - Wells Fargo Financial Rip-Off and Missrepresentation

Ok, I have been reading some of the stories of other customers who use this lender and I am in COMPLETE AGREEMENT!!! I beleive that this company is not practing by the legal guidelines that other financial institutions do. I have had several loans (all of which are paid off satisfactory) with other financial institutions and I have never been treated the way I have with this company. I can tell you that the people on the other end of the phone could only merely hold maybe a high school diploma and have in no way shape or form any customer relations expierence and/or training. I recently bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty that I financed through them. You hear the words "Wells Fargo" and you beleive that you are in good hands. WELL THINK AGAIN MY FRIENDS...

Just last month my uncle had unplanned tripple artery bipass surgery and I had to fly to San Diego to be with my mother by his side. Now being a single mother we don't just have $400.00 to throw out there for a last minute plane ticket.in going to my family emergency my car payment fell 30 days behind.in trying to be the responsible person and call the lender right away and explain my situation they were all but understanding. I asked if I could either get and extension or move one payment to the end of the loan. Well family hardship and a family emergency did not qualify for that. "What" I told the lady, "Are you telling me that I am not eligible for this", she said "No". So I asked her "Excatly what are the requirements for an extension" and she told me that they don't discuss those issues. I said "Excuse me... I am your customer with an account with your institution and you can't answer me about my account that I am paying on" She said "No". I will tell you that I have also had very horrible calls to my workplace and after telling the woman on the other end of the phone that she could call me at home and I would be more than willing to discuss this with her, she continued to call me at my work place for over 2 hours that day probably about every 20 minutes.

Now tell me how that is right? Tell me why I am being treated like a criminal for my payment being late only 30 days? I have had people from this company and tell me that they were coming to pick up my car in 1 hour and to find a ride home... Again... All for 30 days late?
I finally called back in tears and hysterical telling the woman that their collections dept was unbearable and I could see if I was 90 days behind them being like this... But once again for only 30 days? She explained to me that they would not take my car and made arrangements with me. Do you know that same woman from the Orlando office called me later that night and told me that those arrangements are no good and she is in charge. I told her that I have arrangements and those are the ones I am sticking to no matter what she says. I finally told the woman "Look, you can sit here and say what you want but you are waisting your time and I am not going to do anything for you, I have made arrangements" She very loudly and rudely (won't tell you the cuss words she used) said that I better enjoy my last couple of days with the car and they were coming to get it.

I can only tell anyone that may happen to read this if you are ever looking to use this bank DO NOT!!! Not only has this been completely embarassing to me at home but at work and like I said before... All for 30 days!!!
