Adding late charges to account when account was not late

In January my girlfriend and I purchased gutter for our house and when we signed the contract they told us that we had to make the payment had to be made on the third of the month, now when payment is made it does not get recieved until five days later so wells fargo bank put a late cherge onto my account, no wells fargo financial calls me every morning between 8:00AM and 8:30 AM for the past four days they have called me up and told me that my account has been late for several months and it has accured several late charges they will call you up and argue with you and sware up and down that they are right and your wrong and that it's you fault that the payment is late they are scamming people and trying to get more money out of people by telling you that your payment is past due.
