Ripoff car dealer disappeared with my $11,000.00

I met a car dealer, Mark Wright and I was to buy A 2005 Chrysler 300c Hemi from him. I sent the deposit of $11,000.00 and he has since not returned my calls or e-mails.
He also said he works security for a Marriott down there and does work for some sports agency.
When I looked up his home phone number that he gave me, it came up under Veronica Williamson (mom or girlfriend?).

His name is Mark Wright. His cell phone is 678-596-0368. His e-mail address is bbminc03@yahoo.com. He sent me info saying that his company is BBM Inc, which I no longer have. He is a black male that has young kids, and I believe he is no older that mid-thirties.
One time I talked to him he was listening to Dick Greory speak a few weeks back. I think some organization he is with.
He said he gets the cars from an Auto Auction down there. I have some lists that he sent that has some hyper links to dealers who are selling at the auction.
Attached is the deposit slip from where we deposited those funds into his SunTrust Bank account.
I would like you to find him so I can serve him with papers and press charges or get my money back.
I know his half brother and he said he cannot reach him, and last time he heard he was in Ohio. But I know he has two kids and works at Marriott so I assume he is coming back but I don't know.
He has a Sprint Cell phone with a voicemail that is full and no one picks up at the house phone.
His half-brother that I know is Chauvon McFadden. 571-283-2127 (Leesburg, VA). I believe Mark's father is LeTroy McFadden 703-771-4266 (Leesburg, VA). Mark's sister in the the US Army, but her name slips my mind, but she was just recenlty married to a German.
