Civil Lambert, LLC ripoff, dishonest car salesman who refuse to refund my money

Two weeks ago I purchased a 2000 Saturn SL-1 through E-bay from this seller. The vehilce is described as to have a cd player and that the engine and tranmission run great. Upon receiving the car, I learned there was not only no cd player, but not even a working radio. A service engine light appeared as well, but I took the car and was told by the seller we could work something out about these problems. The service problem was a maintenace item, but still cost over $300 to repair it. I sent an e-mail and left a couple of messages and was told they would get back to me and never did. I let some time go by in good faith that these were honest decent people who would contact me in regards to these problems. During this time I have now incurred another problem with what is to be believe the clutch or tranmission on the car. I had to have the car towed because it will not go into gear and isn't driveable. I contacted the seller immediatley through voice and e-mail and again didn't receive an immediate response. After calling again I got a hold of a person, who then told me the car was as is as I was made aware of and they couldn't give me my money back. They did say they would work out the radio problem, but that's it.

According to their various vehilce descriptions on E-bay they stand behind their cars 100%. If this is true I don't understand why they can't take back the car and refund my money. I think any company and or person who makes this claim should be able to satisfy the customer in any way possible and that includes a refund. Considering I have only had the car for 2 weeks I don't think I should be expereincing problems I am having with the car I think a refund is warranted, but yet they refuse. All in all I think this company is nothing more than a rip-off who take peoples money and run.
