Bought mp3 didnot work sent back never recived replacement took 5 months to get money back

Id on mp3 player in nov 08 and it did not work sent it back to seller for replacement then was told by seller that they would make it right and a better one waited for months was told after alot of time the seller told me that they would rather give me my money back it cost them more to ship a new one which i felt was wrong i bidded on the item and won sent my payment right away but they did not hold to ebay policy i had to pay to send to seller

So i lost money on the shipping because of the item not working and this seller will take alot of time and lies they defaulted on a promise they would make it good i email alot of times sometimes no answer from seller what happen i told them it was a xmas present they told they would ship a different one which never came i have all emails to back this up but this seller use a lot of caution when you deal with this seller on ebay. The emails i did get were sometimes rude
