Blatent Theft

I am a volunteer firefighter in upstate New York, and I purchased blue strobes for my headlights and taillights so that I could run them while responding to a call. It's been over a week and a half, and after dozens of emails and countless calls, I have received absolutely no response from this gentleman, Ken Wong.

As an emergency services responder, I can only say I wish I would have known about this site sooner. Thank you to the person who sent an anonymous email telling me about usacomplaints.com. I will be opening Square Trade and eBay complaints as well as Paypal buyer satisfaction complaints.
